14 Days Ltd. Warranty Information
Empty Juice warrants it’s products against defects in materials under normal use for a period of fourteen (14) days from the shipping date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Empty Juice will either: (1) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. Please see our return policy below for refunds.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation or neglecting to adhere to instructions. Please contact the Empty Juice‘s support team to learn more about our service.
Empty Juice 14 Day Ltd Warranty is only serviceable in the US, as Empty Juice is only available for purchase in the US.
Exclusions and Limitations
The limited warranty applies only to products by Empty Juice, that can be identified by the Empty Juice trademark, trade name, serial number, or logo affixed to them and purchased.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Empty Juice products.
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by Empty Juice; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken items.
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as Craigslist or Ebay. Empty Juice warranties only apply to devices purchased at Empty Juice. For questions please contact us.
Intentionally opening up or disassembling your electronics in any way will void your warranty.
Return Policy
Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.emptyjuice.com within fourteen (14) days. If packagess is broken/torn a refund cannot be honored.
